Teaching

The group teaches across the quantitative sequence at the Department of Economics, from introductory statistics through econometrics, machine learning and health economics, and members teach these methods outside the department as well.

Members give invited PhD courses elsewhere in Europe, most recently on causal inference and panel data at Bergamo in 2025, and earlier at Hamburg and Roma Tre. The group supervises three doctoral students at present and regularly hosts visiting PhD students. Giovanni Mellace has been the department's PhD coordinator since 2022.
