SDU CAPE will bring forward new technologies that radically change our green energy transition

SDU CAPE

At CAPE we are doing research and development within new types of organic and hybrid thin-film solar cells, as well as other novel thin-film energy devices within energy conversion and storage technologies. The work encompasses new ways of improving device efficiency, device stability and device up-scaling, stretching from thin-film synthesis to roll-to-roll (R2R) manufacturing.

Seminar talk 20 March

Join the online seminar by Robert J. E. Westbrook, Department of Chemistry, University of Washington, United States, that takes place at 17 PM via Zoom. The topic of the talk is "Engineering aggregation for high-performance non-fullerene organic photovoltaics". Read the abstract here.

PhD defense 12 February

PhD student Le Lena Maria Nguyen Ngoc has defended her PhD thesis "Industrial Roll-to-Roll manufacturing of solution processed, non-fullerene based organic photovoltaics”. The defense took place 12.02.2024 at SDU Campus Sønderborg. Read the abstract here.

International Summit on Organic and Hybrid Photovoltaic Stability ISOS-13
