PhD forsvar ved Mikkel Storm Jensen

Mikkel Storm Jensen, Department of Political Science and Public Management, will defend the PhD thesis entitled;

“Offensive Cyber Capabilities and Alliances – Questionable Assets for Prestige, New Risks of Entrapment”

Adjunct Professor Military Strategy Mika Juha Kerttunen, Finnish National Defence University.
