SDU Workshop on Sustainable Markets
Date: November 3, 2022.
Location: Danish Institute for Advanced Study (DIAS), University of Southern Denmark, Fioniavej 3, Odense, DK-5230.
Theme:
The sustainable markets cluster of the University of Southern Denmark seeks submissions of extended abstracts for a workshop bringing together experts, policymakers, and innovators to discuss the latest viewpoints on establishing a well-functioning and at-scale market structure for sustainability aligned markets. Research areas and questions that this subtheme aims to address include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Sustainable business practices and sustainable markets
- Socially responsible consumption and investment
- Policy changes and market impact
- Evolving sustainability standards, certifications, and metrics
- Competition among sustainable markets
- Intersections with conventional markets
This will be a one-day workshop with parallel streams. The goal is to accept a small number of presenters on the program to allow for ample time for discussions and to create a stimulating environment. Each paper will be reviewed for conference admission. Participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses. There will be a small participation fee of €70 [for PhD students: €30] to cover refreshments during the workshop, including a get together at the end of the conference.

The deadline to submit an extended abstract (max. 3 pages) is August 15th.
Author notification will be provided at latest early September.
