The Registration Form also includes registration for Formal Dinner and Social Program. Your registration is complete once you have received a confirmation e-mail.
NOTE: If you wish to remain a member of the group, we remind you that you must fill out the registration even if you do not attend this meeting.
If you wish to participate in the Formal Dinner on September 24 and the Social Program on September 26, please indicate this on the Registration Form before September 07, 2015.
