This annual workshop aims to bring together researchers investigating issues of relevance to current public policy. It targets all fields of applied microeconomics, including (but not restricted to): labor, health and development economics, empirical industrial organization, public finance, economics of education, economics of crime, and demography. The papers pay particular attention to the identification of causal relationships using rigorous econometric techniques.

The workshop lasts for one day. The number of participants is limited to 25, with a maximum of 8 invited and contributed papers. The official call for papers, travel and accommodation assistance are provided below this webpage.

The workshop is financed by the Department of Business and Economics at the University of Southern Denmark. Participation is free of charge and includes registration, lunch, and refreshments. Participants are expected to cover their own transportation and accommodation costs (if needed).
