Brandade with fried capers, beetroot tartare, green frisée, mustard vinaigrette and horseradish

Serrano ham with parsley pesto and mozzarella cheese
Turkey terrine with red pimento cream, pickled red onions and salt almonds
Couscous lasagna with seasoned humus and crunch
Mini hotdog with spicy sausage, salsa, chipotle, pea sprouts and nachos
Waldorf salad with smoked venison haunch, celery, grapes, walnuts and romaine

Manchego cheese with rose hip and crunch
Pina colada mousse with pineapple and baked coconut
