“The Strategic Organization Design Unit hosted a delegation of senior HR managers from Continental AG on April 24-25, 2018. Continental managers were holding their annual Global Compensation Meeting at the University of Southern Denmark. On April 24, the Strategic Organization Design Unit held an International HR Workshop for students with the global team of Compensation & Benefits Experts from Continental AG. During the afternoon students could work jointly with Continental’s HR experts on real business cases on the topic ‘Challenges in increasingly volatile economies - Impacts on remuneration and possible solutions’.”
