The course provides basic knowledge on how to use AI and digitalisation to 

  • drive change towards a more innovative, digitalised and data-driven organisation.
  • improve the speed and quality of decision-making processes in digitalisation.

What you get

The course combines the latest research-based knowledge with practical examples from businesses that have created digital transformations.
Therefore, you will gain insight into a range of theories, methods and specific tools for making strategic decisions based on the organisational and managerial implications of artificial intelligence in organisations and businesses.
Together with the other participants, you will get the opportunity to discuss how AI can be incorporated as an integral part of the digital transformation in a relevant business area in your organisation.

The course is aimed at senior executives, board members, decision makers at a technical/operational level and consultants responsible for corporate strategy work who wish to improve the quality of strategic decisions regarding digitalisation in the organisation. The course is open to all interested parties.
