Future Health After Pregnancy (FUHAP):
Advancing Collaborative Research and Clinical Practices
Pregnancy is considered a “stress test” that can reveal pre-existing or subclinical diseases, potentially leading to long-term maternal health issues. The “Future Health After Pregnancy” (FUHAP) event is designed to be a comprehensive and interdisciplinary workshop and collaborative meeting focused on advancing the understanding, research, and clinical practices related to long-term women’s health outcomes after pregnancies with complications. The event will feature keynote presentations, early career researcher sessions, discussions, and networking.
Target Group of Participants
This event's target group includes researchers, clinicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals in the fields of obstetrics, endocrinology and diabetes, cardiovascular health, mental health, and public health. It will attract participants from both national and international institutions, with a focus on fostering collaborations across Denmark and broader international research networks.
