Jens Lemb, Department of Political Science and Public Management, will defend the PhD thesis entitled;

”Recruitment and Turnover in Public Organizations”

On 8 February 2024 at 14:00 in meeting room M, Department of Political Science and Public Management at SDU, Odense

The title of the lecture is;

“Recruitment and Turnover in Public Organizations: What Are the Challenges and Implications for Research and Practice”

The PhD thesis will be assessed by a committee comprising Associate Professor Lasse Aaskoven (Chair), SDU, Associate Professor Mogens Jin Pedersen, University of Copenhagen, and Prof. Dr. Vera Winter, Bergische Universität Wuppertal.
