Election to the Board of SDU

Three lists are on the ballot in the employee representative election for the Board of SDU on 24 and 25 November

SDU will hold election of employee representatives during next week.
The Board of SDU comprises nine members of which two are employee representatives. This year, it is a contested election for the academic staff (VIPs) who can vote for three different lists.

The Board’s tasks

The Board’s tasks include hiring and dismissing the vice-chancellor, approving budgets, new buildings, and establishing and closing faculties and departments.

Electronic election

The election will be conducted as an e-election, and all registered voters will receive a mail in their SDU inbox containing a link to the voting system on 20 November at the latest. In connection with the technical/administrative staff (TAP), the election is uncontested, meaning that Bodil Kjærsgaard (HK) has been re-elected.
