Seniorers præferencer for jobkarakteristika og deltagelse i arbejdsmarkedet
This project explores the job characteristics most highly valued by Danish senior workers. It aims to contribute to the understanding of factors that may incentivize extended labour market participation among seniors. The investigation employs artificial intelligence algorithms to extract and analyse data from job descriptions. The findings are subsequently juxtaposed with existing scholarly literature that identifies the considerations older individuals weigh when deciding whether to prolong their employment or to retire.
