Your administrative tasks:
If you are a sub-award, you need to contact us at least 1 week before the main applicant internal deadline:
- you send us the requirements (forms) from the main applicant
- you put us in contact with the prime-awardee administration
- you get in contact with your faculty research support to get help with the budget or proposal writing
- you get the budget approved by your head of department and financial department
If you are the main applicant, you need to contact us as soon as possible and at least 3 weeks before the funder’s deadline:
- you send us the call text and a summary of your research proposal including potential partners
- you get in contact with your faculty research support to get help with the budget or proposal writing
- you get the budget approved by your head of department and financial department
