Senior Consultant and PhD Anne Illemann Christensen is Head of Research and Head of the Department of Health and Morbidity in the Population. She has worked for many years with research-based counselling and has primarily focused on population surveys, method development and mental health. Anne has played a key role in the KRAM survey, the Health and Morbidity Surveys and the National Health Profiles, and has written scientific articles on data collection, loss and reminder procedures. Within mental health, she has been involved with the incidence and distribution of mental health in the population, the importance of mental health for wellbeing and social life as well as mapping and development of mental health measurement tools in the population. An ongoing tool in Anne's research has been linking data from population surveys with data from national registers. Anne holds a Master’s degree in Public Health. She is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Danish Society for Public Health and a member of the board of the Danish Society for Survey Research. CV and Research Output
