To make the most of the conference experience, we recommend arriving on Sunday, 14 June, as the conference begins on Monday, 15 June.

Odense offers a wide range of accommodation options to suit different budgets and preferences. Most hotels are centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and the train station, making it easy to explore the city and connect with fellow delegates.

Within a 10-minute walk of the railway station, you will find accommodation ranging from self-service hotels to comfortable 4-star options, many of which have a strong focus on sustainability. Most city-centre hotels are accessible to delegates with disabilities and offer climate control and free Wi-Fi. Budget-friendly options include Cabinn and Milling Mini hotels, as well as local bed & breakfasts and hostels.
