Entry requirements

Here you can read about the overall entry requirements for the MSc in Economics and Business Administration. There are a number of different profiles you can apply for. To see the language requirements, application deadlines, selection criteria etc., please go to the page of the specific profile you want to apply for.

General entry requirements

To apply for a Master's programme in Economics and Business Administration, you need a relevant Bachelor's degree. You can apply if you hold one of the following degrees:

  • BSc in Economics and Business Administration from University of Southern Denmark
  • BSc in Economics (Business Economics) from University of Southern Denmark.

Aside from these degrees, we have pre-assessed a number of Danish degrees that may fulfill the entry requirements depending on the specific courses you have taken – find them in the menu on your right.

You can also apply if you hold a similar Bachelor's degree including a minimum of 75 ECTS within the field of Economics and Business Administration, comprising at least 5 ECTS within each of the following subjects:

  • Microeconomics
  • Accounting
  • Corporate Finance
  • Marketing
  • Organizational theory
  • Statistics
  • Methods for collection and analysis of data (statistics or other qualitative or quantitative methods, including mathematics or operations research/operations management. Data collection may be included to a minor extend)
  • Theory of Science and Scientific Methodology and Methods - this only applies if your degree is not from a university
