Documentation for transfer

When applying for transfer, remember to attach the following:

• Documentation that you meet the admission requirements of the programme.
• A transcript of grades including all examination attempts as well as an overview of the courses you have registered for.
• A confirmation of enrolment.
• Programme regulations and/or course descriptions for all courses, where exam attempts have been made or where exam registration has taken place.

You must attach the required documentation within the deadline for application 15 March at 12 noon (CET). If SDU has not received the necessary documentation, we will not be able to process the application.

How to apply for change of programme

You do not apply through the regular application system. Instead you apply through SDU's self-service system, DANS. 

Deadlines for application 

• 1 March for study start in September: You can apply from 1 January. You will receive a response to your application by 1 August.
• 1 November for study start in February: You can apply from 1 October. You will receive an answer to your application by 20 December.
