Documentation for re-enrolment or readmission

The documentation requirements depend on where you studied:

I was a student at SDU

If you decided to withdraw from your previous study programme at SDU, you do not need to explain or document your decision.

If the university withdrew you from your study programme, you must provide a written explanation of why and how your chances of completing the programme have improved significantly. Use this form to explain and document how your chances of completing the programme have improved: Form for written explanation.

I was a student at a different university

If you were studying at a different university than SDU, the documentation requirements depend on why you stopped your studies:

  • a transcript of grades including all exam attempts.
  • a confirmation of withdrawal, including reason for withdrawal.
  • programme regulations/course descriptions for all courses where you have been registered for exam.

If you withdrew from the programme at a time where you would soon have been withdrawn by the university anyway, you must follow the requirements below.
