• When and how?

  You can hire an international student assistant throughout the year. A student job is not tied to semester schedules or project cycles and can therefore be a flexible way of bringing additional resources and new skills into your organisation.

  An international student assistant can be employed at different stages of their degree programme. If you hire a student early in their studies, they can often stay with your organisation for a longer period and gain a strong understanding of your tasks, culture and ways of working. If you hire a student later in their studies, they will typically have a stronger academic profile and be able to take on more specialised tasks.

  Working hours
  Student assistants typically work between 8 and 14 hours per week, with the exact arrangement agreed at the time of employment. Working hours may need to be adjusted during exam periods, internships and similar commitments.

  A student assistant is typically employed on an hourly basis, with pay generally ranging from DKK 130 to 180 per hour. Indicative salary levels can be found through the relevant trade unions.
