Internship at SDU UAS Center

Your internship period can vary from 2-4 weeks or longer, depending on what is possible for you and the available staff resources at the center.

As an intern, you will work under an appointed supervisor from the UAS Center. You will be working on an ongoing research projects or take part in the development of new technologies or test set-ups.

Your workday will, depending on the projects take place both at the SDU Campus in Odense and in our UAS Test Center in the HCA Airport 17 km out of Odense. Transportation will be provided by the center.

Prerequisites for becoming an UAS intern

  • You are a bachelor or master engineering student from another university than SDU
  • You have skills within….

Arriving at SDU

Upon your arrival in Denmark, your supervisor will meet you at the SDU Campus in Odense and help you get access cards.

Your supervisor will also point you to the SDU Student Service that will help you with the next steps regarding registration in Denmark.

If you arrive in week 28-30, where the students service is closed for the summer, you will be directed to SDU International.

  • Expected cost may vary according to the length of the stay. Monthly rent for dorms range between 300-500 EUR pr. month depending on the room.
  • Shorter stays (2-4 weeks) would be at Dalum Landbrugsskole
  • Longer stays could be in a dormitory
