The unit serves as the headquarters for the Cardiovascular Centre of Excellence (CAVAC) and is part of the Elite Centre for Individualised Treatment of Arterial Disease (CIMA), as well as the Odense Artery Biobank. In addition, we collaborate with several departments and institutes under SDU and OUH, as well as regional, national, and international partners.
The unit has affiliated professors, adjunct professors, research directors, postdocs, PhD and research year students, as well as technical and administrative staff.
Researchers interested in collaboration are always welcome to contact our research unit for participation in projects or the development of their own projects.
