With 10 % of the worldwide population being affected by chronic kidney disease, there is a dire need for innovative and accessible devices which can help patients safely receive dialysis from home. TeleGraft is an international project in which researchers and practitioners from all of Europe seek to develop a revolutionary artificial blood vessel.
