Computational Design and Digital Fabrication is a research area in SDU CREATE.
The Centre is led by Head of Centre, Associate Professor Roberto Naboni. The research focuses on architectural processes and solutions at the intersection of computer science, advanced manufacturing and emergent material technologies.
The Centre develops projects and concepts that address challenges such as climate change and the well-being of people in cities. The research group works within areas such as Industry 4.0, Additive Manufacturing, Architectural Robotics, and Virtual and Augmented Reality in both research and education.
CREATE Lab is the Centre’s physical infrastructure, where future construction scenarios are explored.
