Housing options
There are many different housing opportunities in Odense. They differ ind price, location and facilities and is a mix of student residences, private landlords, housing organisations and sublets.
The general condition of the housing is reflected in the rent level. Cheaper options are usually older or less modern, but all housing meets acceptable living standards.
- Kitchens and bathrooms may be shared, and it cannot be guaranteed that you will only share with students of the same gender.
- All student housing is furnished with basic items such as a bed, desk, chair and lighting.

Deadlines
To keep your housing guarantee, you must apply before:
1 May (23:59 CET) – for September intake
1 November (23:59 CET) – for February intake
To secure your housing guarantee, you must apply before the deadline — even if you are not yet enrolled to SDU.
