The section works with entrepreneurship in several different ways, including basic and action research. In addition to the focus on entrepreneurship in teaching, we study business model development in the emergence of new technologies, as well as technology entrepreneurship more broadly.
At the section there is also a developing interest in inclusivity and diversity in entrepreneurship, as well as engagements with ethical and critical perspectives on new venture formation and the representation of the same.
This latter theme also overlaps with research interests in product development and innovation. Thanks to our educational programs, we also work closely with the formation and development of startup companies.
