The Programme in Web Communication Design will enable you to lead competently and work innovatively with interface design, AI, data-driven solutions, web design, learning design and digitalisation in organisations. You will be able to facilitate a broad range of digitalization processes in companies and organizations. The program is an interdisciplinary IT program that combines digital design, human interaction and learning as well as communication and organisational processes. One of the strengths of combining and working across disciplines is that you will excel in building bridges between different disciplines in your future work life.
Throughout the program, you will come to master theories and design methods that enable you to think outside the box and identify new possibilities when solving complex, real-world problems.
During the first semester of the program, you will build foundational knowledge on web communication and UX design and learn basic technical skills. In the second and third semesters, you specialise in interaction design or organisational web communication. Most courses within the specialisation tracks include technical components tailored to the course subject.

- Interaction Design
In this line, you will specialize in designing all kinds of interface technologies, including chatbots, conversational agents and robots, but also interfaces that support work in companies and organizations, especially involving remote participants. ……
- Organisational Web communication
In this line, you specialize in digital communication processes in organizations. You learn to competently manage remote and hybrid workplaces, evaluate and analyse social networks and manage communication processes in organization.
