Public Law

Public Law works with that part of legislation which governs the relationship between the citizen and the public authorities as well as the corporate sector's encounters with the public authorities. Law in Society

The Law in Society unit consists of researchers who are interested in the interdisciplinary aspects of law, particularly the sociology of law and criminology, but also legal history, the philosophy of law, jurisprudence, legal anthropology and methodological issues.
