Globe 2020

The GLOBE project involves more than 70 researchers collecting data on cultural values, organizational culture and leadership. For 2020 a new study is envisaged in which surveys with middle-managers in about 136 countries are conducted. We will collect the data among Danish middle-managers.

The findings will shed light on the drivers and dynamics of culture change and trust building in societies. It will provide insights into cultural change in Denmark and the reasons for these changes. Furthermore, it will provide an understanding of how trust is created within the Danish society.
As it is a worldwide collaboration project, the insights created for Denmark can be compared to various other countries and societies.

The Danish country co-investigators are Associate Professor Nicole F. Richter from SDU and Associate Professor Minna Paunova from CBS.
