We are excited to announce this networking workshop on social inequality in health. This workshop aims to bring together researchers from various disciplines in social sciences to explore different perspectives on research on the complex relationship between social factors and health outcomes. The purpose of the workshop is to facilitate network and collaboration across the research environments at University of Southern. We hope to bring researchers from all disciplines of social science to discuss the disciplinary and interdisciplinary perspectives on social inequality in health.
Through this workshop, we hope to facilitate dialogue on the latest research and innovative approaches to addressing social inequality in health. The workshop will provide an opportunity to explore the different perspectives for inspiration for new ideas, new project partners and potentially also funding opportunities.
The workshop will be held on 18th September at Campus, Odense. The program will consist of short presentations and collaborative workshop discussions, and the ambition is to have as many social science disciplines represented in the program as possible. Fundraising experts will participate in the workshop and assist with ideas on potential funding sources.
