PhD School Secretariat

The PhD School Secretariat carries out the following tasks:

  • Enrolment of PhD students. 
  • Administration of the PhD programme. 
  • Administrative support and guidance to potential and current PhD students. 
  • Editing of the Faculty’s PhD School website. 
  • Secretarial support to the Head of the PhD School and the Faculty PhD Committee. 
  • Processing and follow-up on the decisions taken by the Faculty PhD Committee. 
  • Initiation and follow-up on the Faculty PhD Committee’s objectives and strategies. 
  • Administration connected to the submission and assessment of the PhD thesis. 
  • Completion of PhD certificates.
  • Quality checks that the elements of the PhD programme, e.g. PhD courses and environmental change, are met.
