ASME 2014, 12th Biennial Conference on Engineering Systems Design and Analysis

June 25-27 ASME 2014 was held in Copenhagen, Denmark. The scope of the conference covers a range of major topics in engineering, and related disciplines, ranging from theoretical developments through to industrial applications and case
studies. This year, there was a greater emphasis on industrial content and participation through
the themed industrial impact fora focusing on ‘Advanced Manufacturing’ and ‘Energy’.

From Centre for Smart Energy Solutions Associate Professor Christian T. Veje participated as track leader of the track Heat Transfer and Thermal Engineering. The following areas were addressed:

  • Heat Transfer in Energy Systems
  • Gas Turbine Heat Transfer
  • Thermo physical Properties
  • Heat Transfer Devices
  • Combustion
  • Aerospace Heat Transfer
  • Heat Transfer in Multiphase Systems
  • Heat Transfer in Electronic Equipment
  • Heat and Mass Transfer in Biotechnology
  • Low Temperature Heat Transfer
  • Environmental Heat Transfer
