Mathematics is one of the oldest sciences and at the same time a subject in rapid development. It is the basis for the development of new technology and the improvement of mechanisms in society. Therefore, mathematics is ultimately also about people.
As a Minor student in Mathematics, you learn to think logically and abstractly using mathematical methods and concepts, and you learn to analyse a problem and make it possible to calculate what otherwise seems unmanageable.
The Minor programme in Mathematics is offered only in Danish. Therefore, you must be able to prove Danish language proficiency in order to be admitted into the programme.
