Shape the future by bridging design, technology, and innovation

The Master’s Programme in Web Communication Design prepares you to take the lead in digital transformation processes across companies and organisations. You will work creatively and strategically with interface design, AI, data-driven solutions, web and learning design.

This interdisciplinary IT programme integrates digital design, human–computer interaction, learning theory, communication, and organisational processes. By working across disciplines, you will develop the ability to bridge gaps between different fields—an essential skill in today’s complex digital landscape.

What you will learn

You will master design approaches that encourage creative thinking and help you identify innovative solutions to complex, real-world challenges.

  • First semester: Build a solid foundation in web communication and UX design while acquiring essential technical skills.
  • Second and third semesters: Specialise in either Interaction Design or Organisational Web Communication. Each track combines communication and interaction theory with practical technical competencies.

Specialisation tracks

  • Interaction Design: Focus on designing a wide range of interface technologies—from chatbots, conversational agents, and robots to interfaces that support collaborative work, particularly in remote and hybrid contexts.
  • Organisational Web Communication: Specialise in digital communication processes within organisations. Learn to manage remote and hybrid workplaces, analyse and evaluate social networks, and lead organisational communication strategies effectively.
