Digital Humanities
We explore how digital methods can enhance humanities research and enable new forms of analysis, interpretation, and knowledge production.
ContactAbout Digital Humanities
The Digital Humanities research group works on the transformative intersections between technology and the humanities. The group is interdisciplinary and collaborates on projects that use digital tools and methods to shed light on complex issues within the humanities.
We hold regular meetings where members present ongoing work, receive feedback, and develop new collaborations.
Additionally, we organize open sessions, workshops, symposia, and other events that disseminate research and engage both internal and external participants.
The research group aims to serve as a hub for digital research within the humanities, where both members and external researchers can collaborate on projects that benefit from the group’s academic environment.
The group works on the development and application of computational methods and data visualization to generate new insights into human culture and expression:
- We explore how digital technologies are transforming humanities research.
- We develop and apply computational methods such as text mining and data analysis.
- We collaborate across disciplines to address complex humanities research questions using digital tools.
- We seek funding through internal resources, external research councils, and partnerships with industry.
