Life in Denmark

During SDU Summer School you will get a chance to experience Denmark and the Danish way of life. Danes are reportedly among the happiest in the world and perhaps a summer in Denmark will help you understand why.

The majority of courses is offered on the main campus in Odense, a vibrant student city with many lovely green areas and a lot of cultural events – especially during the summer. You will be able to explore on your own and join the social and cultural activities organised as part of SDU Summer School.

Centered in the middle of Denmark, the island of Funen is an ideal gateway to the rest of Denmark, if you wish to visit Copenhagen, the beautiful beaches at the west coast of Jutland or other parts of the country.

We look forward to introducing you to our university, city and country!
