Roll-to-roll printing facilities
The Engineering Physics Master's at SDU offers a unique, hands-on education at the forefront of next-generation solar cell technology. Students work directly in the SDU CAPE laboratories, gaining practical experience in advanced solar cell manufacturing, self-driving laboratories, and data-driven experimentation. The program provides access to state-of-the-art, industrially relevant roll-to-roll (R2R) printing facilities, preparing graduates to bridge fundamental physics with real-world engineering challenges and cutting-edge industrial applications.

Microfluidics and lab-on-chip technology
By attending the Engineering Physics Master's at SDU you will get a unique opportunity to experience hands—on education in microfluidics and lab-on-chip technology. As a student you will work directly with cutting edge additive manufacturing of biocompatible and medical devices, gaining real-life design and fabrication experience, supported by CAD and advanced modelling. Our lab facilities also include state-of-the-art spectroscopic characterization techniques enabling students to go all the way from conceptual idea to fully functional devices very quickly, to tackle the challenges of the future.
