Dear lecturer,
As of Summer 2021 all exams are in the platform called Digital Exam (DE).
You will receive an email notification from DE when your exam opens for grading.
DE for you as teacher
DE replaces the hand in module (SDU Assignment) on BlackBoard and electronic assessment on STADS-VIP. Therefore you may download the assignments and register the assessment in DE.
DE makes it possible for the students to hand in large files in a more efficient way (it takes place directly on DE via Filesender). You can download the files through DE.
You can view, annotate and correct assignments submitted as PDF directly in DE. You can also share notes with fellow assessors as well as provide feedback to the student.
DE for your students
The students will access their exams in DE when the exams are made visible in the system.
The students find the exam schedule for the overall information regarding the exam at MySDU. They may see the detailed information in DE.
The students access the exam question (regarding written exams and set assignments) and hand in their assignment in DE and not in Blackboard as used until now.
The schedulefor oral examswill be announced in DE under “exam information”.
DE handle groups in a more efficient way. The students must register their group in DE before the hand-in deadline/exam. The study secretary will inform the students regarding the registration and the deadline by creating an announcement on BlackBoard.
Log-in
Please check if you can log in to DE digitaleksamen.sdu.dk before the hand in deadline/exam.
You log in as “assessor” via OAuth with your SDU username and password.
Please note that you can change language in the top right corner of the page.
