The PhD project places Ecodesign principles such as durability, reparability, design-for-disassembly (DfD), and modularity at the heart of a transition towards circularity in product design. It aims to address and investigate gaps on how circular design principles and digital product data can be jointly embedded into industrial product development processes. The study is an integrated part of the project Circular Products: Ecodesign and Product Passport, funded by Industriens Fond. The project is in collaboration with Industriens Fond, FORCE Technology, and the Department of Mechanical and Production Engineering (MPE) at Aarhus University
