Grants
The Wennberg International Collaborative is pleased to announce travel, accommodation, and registration grants for PhD Students and Postdocs.
Grants are limited to first-author registered participants with an accepted abstract.
The maximum amount available per grant (covering registration, travel, and accommodation) is DKK 10,600.
If the number of requests exceeds available resources, priority will be given to attendees with oral presentations, followed by the order in which requests were received.
Please note: To make the best use of available funds and support as many applicants as possible, reimbursement for first-class or business-class travel is not permitted. We kindly ask that travel be booked in economy class or similar.
Requests for travel grants must be received by August 3, 2026, and responses will be sent before August 6, 2026.
Reimbursements will be processed after the meeting upon submission of itemized receipts.
