Available cohorts and infrastructures
We work with real-world clinical data environments and evaluation setups, subject to relevant governance and approvals, including:
- Electronic health record data enabling studies of documentation, pathways, and outcomes.
- Laboratory information system data supporting time-resolved analyses of clinical-biochemistry trajectories and diagnostic workflows.
- Clinical evaluation approaches such as expert review, shadow-mode testing, and workflow-oriented pilot studies when feasible.
Specific cohorts, data access routes, and active infrastructures are continuously updated at IPJ.dk.
Collaboration
We welcome collaboration with clinical departments, researchers, students, industry partners, and public-sector stakeholders who wish to innovate or conduct research using clinical language models, clinical decision support, or evaluation of decision-making with decision support. Typical collaboration formats include co-designed use cases, shared evaluation protocols, methods development, and applied clinical studies—aligned with clinical needs, governance requirements, and implementation realities.
Please refer to IPJ.dk for current focus areas and contact routes.
Publications and dissemination
Our dissemination spans three complementary types of outputs:
- Technical research on developing, adapting, and validating Danish clinical language models and information extraction methods.
- Clinical studies applying language models and/or decision support to address concrete medical questions using real-world data.
- Evaluation studies examining clinical decisions and decision-support use, including usability, safety, adoption, and decision quality in clinical workflows
