Substance abuse treatment in Greenland is provided or facilitated by Allorfik. Based on Allorfik’s own data, it will also be examined whether citizens’ quality of life improves and whether substance use decreases after they have received treatment. Finally, the extent to which any childhood trauma affects the effectiveness of treatment at Allorfik will be investigated.
Using registry data, we will also examine the effects of treatment on labor market attachment, the risk of premature death, and similar outcomes.
Overall, the studies will generate knowledge about the effectiveness of treatment at Allorfik.
