Hardware Interception Systems for Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUVs)

Research Focus:

Jagadish's PhD, part of the U-Shield project, focuses on designing and prototyping interception hardware for unmanned underwater vehicles (UUVs). His research aims to develop reliable mechatronic systems capable of underwater capture, stabilization, and docking operations. With a strong background in mechatronics prototyping, he contributes to advancing the mechanical and electronic integration of intelligent marine robotic systems.

Key Technologies:

Underwater mechatronics, mechanical design, prototyping, actuation systems, control integration.

Applications:

Underwater interception, docking, and recovery systems for marine research and autonomous vehicle operations.
