The Brain Maturation Group has ongoing national collaborations with Melanie Ganz (Department of Computer Science, University of Copenhagen), Christina Høi-Hansen (Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, Rigshospitalet), Jesper Lundbye-Jensen (NEXS, University of Copenhagen), Victoria Southgate (Department of Psychology, University of Copenhagen), and Merete Nordentoft (Mental Health Services, Capital Region of Denmark).
Internationally, the group collaborates within the EU FAMILY consortium coordinated by Neeltje van Haren and other partners (see family-project.eu), as well as with, e.g., Delia Fuhrmann (King’s College London, UK) and Wesley Thompson (Laureate Institute for Brain Research, USA)

IRS can be seen as a network consisting of nearly 300 researchers in over 50 research units, each with its own research leader. The research units are anchored at 12 hospitals in the Region Zealand, Region of Southern Denmark, and Capital Region of Denmark.
