Collaboration

Our work focuses on socially relevant and timely research on how behaviour is shaped, maintained, and changed through interacting psychological, social, and structural influences, with a particular focus on health, well-being and sustainable behaviour change.

At STRIVE, we see it as an important responsibility to contribute to public and professional debates on how evidence-based interventions can support individuals, organisations, communities, and societies in achieving meaningful and lasting change. We collaborate with academic institutions, public authorities, healthcare systems, schools, workplaces, civil society organisations and community partners who share our interest in behavioural science, health promotion, and intervention research.

Our partnerships span local, national, and international contexts. We actively engage in co-creation to ensure the research questions, interventions, and solutions are grounded in real-world needs and informed by the perspectives of those they are intended to support. Wherever possible and relevant, we involve collaborators, practitioners, and end-users directly in the development, implementation, and evaluation of behavioural interventions to strengthen both scientific rigour and societal relevance.

We also prioritise dissemination and knowledge exchange through accessible communication channels, professional networks and partnerships. In this way, STRIVE aims to ensure that research knowledge is not only produced, but also translated into practice in ways that can support better health and well-being in individuals, stronger organisations, and more sustainable communities.
