Shape Your Future in International Business

This Master’s programme provides you with advanced knowledge and skills in business economics, marketing, management, communication, culture, and negotiation. You will be prepared to take on key decision-making roles in international organisations and enterprises.

The curriculum integrates economics, marketing, and management with negotiation, language, and intercultural communication. Equal emphasis is placed on the social sciences and the linguistic-cultural dimensions of international business.

Specialisations

You will choose a main language based on your prior qualifications from your bachelor’s degree (English or German). In addition, you will select one of five specialisations, each drawing on strong research environments within both the humanities and the social sciences:

  • International Relations
  • Human Resource Management
  • International Market Relations
  • International Communication Management
  • Global Marketing Management

Programme structure

Alongside your chosen specialisation, you will take common courses shared across the programme and have the opportunity to choose electives tailored to your interests.

The programme concludes with the completion of a Master’s thesis.

Teaching is conducted in English. If you choose German as your main language, language-specific courses will be taught in German.
