Why Electrical Engineering?

Electrical systems are the backbone of modern technology – from energy supply and EV’s to robots and health technology. As an MSc in Electrical Engineering, you help develop solutions that drive the green transition, the digitalisation of society, and technological development in general.

On the three-year Industrial Master, you combine studies and work. This gives you the opportunity to continuously apply your theoretical knowledge in practice and gain experience from a real engineering job while you study.

Course highlights

In the first year, you study full-time, learning to design and optimise advanced electrical and electronic systems with a focus on power electronics, control systems, embedded systems, and cybersecurity. In the second and third years, you work at least 25 hours a week in a company – either one you find yourself or one SDU can help you find – while studying part-time.
