This program provides you with analytical skills to help organizations compete and operate effectively. It focuses on how organizations create and capture value by formulating strategy and implementing it through effective organization designs.
Based on a solid grounding in theory, in may interactive learning elements the program hones your competences to apply theory on strategy formulation and implementation to concrete practical settings.

At Open Day, you can hear presentations about all our programmes - including Strategy and Organization.
The sessions are in person on campus, but you can also participate online if you can't attend physically.
