Description

SDU Robotics conducts research within the fields of robotics and computer vision. Our aim is to work on research problems based on real chalanges provided by hospitals , industri and other partners in the society.

SDU Robotics has a long research tradition for close collaboration with industry on production applications addressing robot solutions involving sensorial processing, mathematical modeling, robot control, learning and simulation. More recently, we have expanded our research area to include welfare, medical robotics and large scale production.

SDU Robotics offers research on a very high international level conducted mainly through externally funded research projects including:

  • MADE FAST
  •  EUROfusion
  • FacilityCobot
  • Fluently
  • Robot assembly in cooperation with Novo Nordisk
  • Ship Weld Flow
  • Large Scale Production
  • Etc.,

More information on running projects can be found on outr web page.

The participating students will be integrated in our research environment and will gain experience working on the afore mentioned research projects.

In regards to the topic, we will define a project and associate a supervisor with experties in the specific field. The outcomes of the project will be presented as a research paer in conferences and journals.
