Admission requirements
To be eligible for admission you must have completed an qualifying upper secondary education which can be recognised as equivalent to a Danish upper secondary education.
In addition you must have passed:
- Danish level A
- English level B
- Mathematics level B
- History level B or History of Ideas level B or International Economics level B or Social Sciences level B or Contemporary History level B
- German level A (primer language) or level B (advanced language) for the study programme German/English
- German level A for the study programme Danish/English
Course levels refer to the Danish high school system: A is advanced, B is intermediate, and C is beginner level.
Pre-assessment of qualifications
If you are unsure if your educational background qualifies for admission, you can request a pre-assessment from 1 October to 15 November the year before you apply.
Choice of language profile
You can choose between two different language profiles: Danish/English or German/English.
- If you hold a Danish secondary school degree, you choose the profile German/English.
- If you hold a German secondary school degree, you choose the profile Danish/English (please see special application procedure below).
- If your degree is from Duborg/A.P. Møller School/Deutsches Gymnasium Apenrade, you can choose any profile for which you meet the entry requirements. It is generally recommended that you choose the language most foreign to you in terms of speaking, writing and general understanding.
